The No More Excuse Diet is a book that gets down to the chase. Its an interactive book which makes you think about all the excuses you use when you want to go on a diet. The plans that are laid out in the book ranges from 3 days to 3 months. They seem hard but they really arent. It's not a complete life change, its just a life adjustment and no excues allowed.
I am definitely thinking that this is the diet I need to follow because it's a no bullcrap diet and its all on you to get the body that you want, its just an outline of what you need follow.
