The food that is mentioned in this book is kind of the standard food that most people know, so a lot of what I learned food wise wasnt a surprise, although there was a few good point in the book pointing out portions of what to eat and when to eat it. Although I didnt realize that so many foods had as big as healing traits to them, so I will definitely keep some of these around more during the winter time, because our family has the worse immune system. Definitely a recommended read if you are into more natural remedies for sickness.
